If you would like to exchange or refund an item you have received contact us via email info@cecchino.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Please note that exchanges can only be processed with like for like items. In addition, any items that have been worn, used, washed/ not in its original state and or not in the original packaging with the original contents and tags will not be considered.

 

On some occasions a gift card will be offered as an alternative.
